OMG It’s October!

In the last post I promised to show you some of the crafty things I’ve been working on…

First is a custom ordered baby girl mini-album. I think it came out very nicely.

Mainly I am a paper crafter but occasionally I like to do a little crochet as well. Here is a poncho I finished and one that I’m starting.

The big one is so warm and comfy. It will be good for those cold mornings when I am sitting in front of the computer typing away.

I did also finish the two Halloween box mini-albums and put those up in the Etsy shop.

I am working on another custom baby album, this one for a baby boy. After that it will be time to start working on things for the holiday boutiques I am participating in next month. So much to do but this is the fun stuff! Are you keeping busy? Ever crochet a poncho?

    Wow! So lovely, all of it, really well done! I don’t crochet or knit. My mother crochets and two of our girls are taking it up, so that’s nice.

    The baby album is precious. I love the color scheme. The poncho is stunning. I love the Halloween albums. No, I can’t even crochet. 😦 I try my hardest. My husband is an expert crocheter.

    You make the best stuff. Really, you do! Oddly enough I have crocheted a poncho when I was in high school and wearing one was hippy cool.

      Thank you so much! I think the love for what I do comes out in the finished product. I really loved the yarn and it was on sale so I got it. Then I decided that I didn’t want to just make a shawl like I usually do and I didn’t want a blanket so I thought I’d try a poncho. I’m not giving up on the paper crafts though, just using different finger/hand muscles. LOL.

    Janet, your baby album is the cutest! What a pity my grandbabies are older now. I also love your poncho, it takes me back to my twenties when I lived in my many ponchos 😉
