September Silliness – 2019 – What’s my name?

Serious question for my blogging friends.  I am about to get a custom domain name for a website to use in addition to my Etsy shop.  The name is everything.  I want to keep my “brand” which is “smile making” so what do you think about these names:

Janetsmiles.design

Janetsmiles.me

Janetsmiles.gallery

Janetsmiles.shop

Janetsmiles.studio

Janetsmiles.com

Or separate the name and say Janets-smiles.

I think these are too long but there is:

Asmile4ufromjanet.design

Asmile4ufromjanet.shop    etc. 

It is going to be a website for shopping in addition to the Etsy site I have.  Janetsmiles.design sound too hoity-toity?

Since my last two videos I’ve started with “Janet in the Studio” maybe I should go with Janetsmiles.studio? 

Love some feedback.  Can you think of something different?

    Too hard. I like design or studio and I think simpler is better. Ultimately, what matters is that YOU like it.

    Good luck with deciding which name to use. They’re all good ones. The real trick will be for you to remember which name you went with.

    I like janetsmiles.com too! It’s easy to remember. You’ll just have to check a domain name search engine to see what’s available and then go with your heart on it. What makes you smile and what will you want to rattle off to people when you tell them where to go shopping?!

    I like the one that ends in design the best. The dot com one seems too generic and you don’t get a sense of what you are promoting. šŸ™‚

      Of those three I think I like studio best since that’s what I’m working in. We are going away for a couple of days and I’m planning on concentrating on this while the hubs is golfing.

    These are all lovely names, Janet. My favourite is janetsmiles.me. I like the idea of “me” being central to your theme.
