Our prompt today is Scrumptious and I am following John Holton’s lead and linking to the post I wrote back in 2018 for this same word. Lazy? Maybe, but I really don’t have anything new to add to that.
On the other hand, there are other things besides food that I consider scrumptious. I’ve mentioned before I am a paper addict and I would use scrumptious to describe these paper collections:

From my favorite, Little Women |
I love the tropical colors here.
![]() |
The Master Detective series |
I would love to sink my teeth into a nice warm slice of that with some whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top!
How about you? Ever consider something besides food scrumptious? Share!

Umm, my husband? The smell of him is scrumptious. Siiiiigh.
Anyway, those are beautiful papers and I can see why it’s hard to use them. Little Women is just gorgeous! I’d frame those babies as they are! LOL

Oh, Joey! I get the husband smell thing. Mine has worked in a coffee packaging plant and came home smelling like freshly ground coffee but the job after that was a chocolate factory. He smelled so delicious when he walked in the door.

An autumn day with a crisp blue sky, cool air, colorful leaves, the smell of wood smoke, a slice of warm apple pie and a mug of tea under a soft afghan after a long hike in the woods. Doesn’t that sound scrumptious?

I guess papers could be scrumptious – there sure are some fun ones and beautiful ones out there. That’s where I run into trouble. I like them so much I don’t want to mess them up by using them! š

I was late with this post because I have some more papers that are truly scrumptious. I may make another post about them.

I’ve heard someone use the word scrumptious to describe a person, but I don’t think I ever have. I seem to use it exclusively in regard to food… especially that blackberry pie!

Yes, I am really tempted to go and get one. I may make it the first thing I have when I reach my goal!

I’ve never thought about that…but now I’m thinking! š

A different take on scrumptious but it fits perfectly.
