It is actually August, although only for a few more days. Today’s Stream of Consciousness Saturday prompt is “more than 100.” We are to write about something we have more than 100 of in our house right now. Taking a small liberty, I’m writing about something I have more than 100 of in my studio, which is in the backyard of my house.

I could go on but I bet you get the idea.
Short and sweet today. I’m using the new editor, which is confusing, and I got a new Mac that is sitting in the box waiting for me to open. Happy Saturday!
I admire your organizational abilities and the colors the stuff you have organized. That prompt was tailor-made for you.

That’s because these are fun things to organize. The rest of the house, not so much – LOL

Bought my first Mac last summer and really love it. The only issue I have to complain about is the embroidery software I need to use is not compatible. Grrr! Wish the computer gurus could just all get along!

I had that problem with some of the programs I need for transcription. Fortunately everything is okay now.

Right? I have so many projects in my head, I need to spend some serious time in the studio.

Whoa! And my thirty rolls of washi tape annoy me! š š
But notebooks and journals? Yeah, I could go there! š

Realistically, when am I going to use all that tape, right? YES to notebooks and journals too. Well, there you go, use the washi in the journals!

Hi, Janet – This post on Guttenberg looks awesome. The good news is that using the new editor does get easier with every single post. Congratulations on your new desktop computer – that’s very exciting.
As for something that I have more than 100 of in my home:
⢠pennies in a jar
⢠photos in albums
⢠books on shelves
⢠pieces of cutlery
…..
How’s that for starters?

Thanks for the compliment on the post. I guess it’s just like any new program, you have to get used to it. I don’t know if I have 100 pennies but I do have a coin jar. Yes also to photos, books and cutlery. Thanks for stopping by, Donna!

What did you get, a MacBook Pro? Ooh, new computer!
The block editor isnn’t so much hard as it’s a pain in the ass…

Not a MacBook, a desktop. My other one is SO SLOW and was starting to act up.

An iMac, or Mini?

21.5 inch iMac with 3.2 GHz, 6-core 8th gen Intel Core i7 processor, turbo boost to 4.6 GHz, 16 GB DDR4 mem, 1TB fusion drive storage, Radeon Pro 555X with 2 GB GDDR5 memory And I’m sure you understand a lot more of that than I do! My current one has 8 GB of DDR4 mem of which I am using 6 and is a quad core i5 with 3.1 GHz speed. So, I think I’m getting a faster computer with more memory, right?

Bet it runs really well. I just upgraded my mini with 16 GB of memory and a 1 TB solid state drive, and it runs really well.
