“X” can be a really tricky letter and I did a lot of research about song names that start with it hoping to find one that one of our groups did but I couldn’t. I have written about Styx in a previous challenge so I couldn’t use them again. Fortunately we did see Dennis DeYoung who was one of the founding members of the group. He was the opening act for…Pat Benatar…and sang mostly Styx songs so I’m going with that!
Our seats were in one of the upper sections so the pictures didn’t turn out that great but I used one of my scrapbooking templates to fit in some of the better ones. I included one that gives you a little view of the seating at the Winery. Most of the time we are down in the section right in front of the stage – LOL.

Because this is such a short one I thought I’d throw in an eXtra, a look at the scrapbook albums I’m in the process of making. You can see that they are still a work in progress. Only the first two are complete. The rest have missing shows as I work my way through the process of scrapbooking them all.
I decorated the covers and painted the dark teal ones.
I was going to add some pictures of one or two of my favorite pages but, you know, space!

Yes, a lot of times I don’t know the names of the guys in the band but the songs I do. I guess Dennis DeYoung left Styx to go out on his own but is still able to sing the songs he wrote.

I was wondering what you were going to do about the letter X, and if I had had to guess I’d have said (E)xtreme, “more than words”.
Styx is a great choice, love their music!

X is one of the harder letters in the A-to-Z challenge. Nice post. I smiled at “eXtra” because I used “Xtra.”
